A renowned HRD practitioner with over 25 years’ experience gained from both the public and private sectors in Zimbabwe and the region. Violet is competent to formulate HRD strategies and conduct face to face training interventions, having worked in training manager/people development executive capacities at Border Timbers (1991-97), Barclays Africa (1998-2003) and Zimplats among others. She possesses an MBA from Nottingham Trent University, and has handled the Train the Trainer course for Mandel for a number of years.
