Mandel Training Centre a Delta Training Institution was established in the late seventies to spearhead Management and Supervisory Development in the Delta Group. Its mandate evolved to include organisational capability development in Marketing, Sales and Distribution as well as in the proficient use of the company’s investment in ICT. Mandel Training Centre opened its business to non-Delta companies both in the Private and Public Sectors in later years and, over time, has come to be recognised as the leading centre for Human Capability Development in Zimbabwe. The Hotel and Conferencing facilities at Mandel provided convenience to Delta over the years. The Group’s high profile conferences and workshops were held at this venue.
